Information
the student needs to know before taking this course:
- Once the student purchases this course,
the student CANNOT get a refund.
-
Once the student purchases the course, the student has ONE
year to complete the program.
- This course is good for 6 Hours of Elective Continuing
Education. Each licensee needs 8 Hours of Elective
CE for the two year renewal cycle. The total hour requirement
is 16 Hours: 8 Hours Elective; 4 Hours Agency; 2 Hours
Contract Law and 2 Hours License Law.
- This On-Line course does not require additional textbook support
and NO additional course material is needed.
- As the student works through the course,
there is a comprehensive quiz after every reading assignment
with must be answered with 100% accuracy before that section
can be marked complete. There are also various interactive
exercises that must be completed with 100% accuracy before
that section can be marked complete. This course is
divided into 5 units (see below). Each unit has
an exam which also must be answered. The student must
receive a grade of 90% on the end-of-unit exam before the
unit is marked complete. As you go through each unit
exam make notes of your answers because you will be required
to redo all unit exams until you score a 90% passing grade. This course is designed for you to learn the material.
- This course is totally web based.
The course is not downloadable. The student can work
through the course at the student's convenience.
- This course is NOT designed to be printed for security purposes
and copy right regulations.
- At the time of registration for the On-Line
Distance Learning Course, the student will receive an e-mail
from Dearborn's RECampus, verifying the student's registration.
- Every On-Line student must agree to the
following affidavit: "I certify that I personally completed
all assignments".

Upon completing the course, RECampus posts for Cooke Real
Estate School a daily report of student's completing the course.
The staff at Cooke reviews this report daily, Monday through
Thursday, and mails the completion certificates to those students
who have successfully completed the course. Allow three
to four business days to receive this "Completion
Certificate".

ethics; explains traditional sources for motivating ethical
behavior; discusses factors contributing

the public's negative image of real estate agents; describes
the original purpose and organization for the National Association
of Realtors; explains how the Realtor Code of Ethics is enforced;
describe customers and the questions that may arise.
This
course gives the student the understanding of the National
Association of Realtors ethics and this relationship to the
