Dear Frank,
In taking the On-Line 45 Hour Post License Sales Associate Course
it was Phenomenal for those with high speed internet connections.
Succinct, to the point, clear, etc... I had a few disconnections
with my slow speed internet, but was able to sign on again with
no problem and begin exactly where I had left the course. No
book makes the test an honest assessment versus using an open
book approach.
The only area that is slightly less effective than a classroom
setting is the closing statement section. Although functional,
some of the impact is lost via the internet.

Dear Frank,
Thank you so much for providing the online pre-licensing Real
Estate Sales Associate course. It is the only thing that made
it possible for me to obtain my license. I simply didn't have
the time to take a full week out at one time to attend a course.
I worked through your online course at a leisurely pace and
had the benefit of being able to go back and review any sections
at any time. The end of course exam I made an 84 first time
through and then took the test for state licensure and passed
the state administered test on my first attempt yesterday. I
have already signed up for the 45 hour Post-Licensing for Real
Estate Associates course online through your website. By doing
this, I'll be able to fulfill the 45 hour Post-Licensing education
requirement at my own leisurely pace from home. Thanks too for
the special assistance offered by you and you're staff by faxing
my completion certificate to the state testing center when I
arrived at the test center without the certificate. Without
you're help, I would have been sent home without taking the
test and had to reschedule the test and repay the testing fee.

Since I began the program almost immediately upon approval,
there were a few
"bugs" but they were quickly corrected. Pretty normal
for something this
new. While I can't speak to content, I found the on-line learning
easy to
use and the ability to work around my busy life made it possible
to complete
my studies now instead of having to wait until I could schedule
a dedicated
time for in-class work.
I am now enrolled in an exam preparatory program with many multiple
practice
tests (with immediate explanations of the answers). I also find
it very
useful and recommend the format and approach.
Overall, I think your new on-line learning is a great, flexible
approach for
busy people working to completing the pre-licensing requirements.
Nice
learning program. I'll know Friday how well prepared for the
exam I am.

I was hesistant to use another on-line real estate course after
my last
experience. When I took the on-line course to get my Illinois
license I was
very frustrated for a variety of reasons. The information in
your course
was organized into a much more logical and easier format. It
was also much
easier to navigate. Lastly, it was quick and simple to exit
from and
re-enter. The quizzes and exams were also much easier to use
for the same
reasons. As a former educator I can say that your quiz and exam
questions
are also well designed. The Illinois course tests used a lot
of double
negatives, and poor logic. Instead of testing your knowledge
of the
material they were more intent on tricking you with minor variations
on the
information. They also relied heavily on True/False questions
which were
also poorly written. With your course I felt like the readings
and the
subsequent tests were much more practical and appropriate.

Now that I have completed my online pre-licensing course, I
wanted to tell you how pleased I was with your class.
Since I have two small children, my schedule did not permit
me to sit in a classroom every night for several weeks. I was
thrilled to discover your online course had received approval
and immediately signed up. Having the freedom to work on the
course from home (24 hours a day) was great.
As to course content, I was quite impressed with the quality
of the material. The course was extremely easy to use with only
a few "start-up" bugs. The site was well designed
and the quizzes and unit tests covered "applied knowledge"
that you need to master in order to pass the state exam.
I did purchase the Exam Manual (as recommended) and prepared
for my licensing exam using the online material. I am so pleased
to inform you that I successfully passed my state licensing
exam on the first try - and am now a licensed sales associate
in Florida.
